DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have placed your order, the delivery time is 24-72 hours on business days (except during special promotional periods) to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.. For the Canary Islands the delivery time is 4/5 business days.
For European Union countries, the delivery time is 4/5 working days.
We ship worldwide. Depending on the country, delivery time is 5/10 working days.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost is free for the entire national territory.
For all other countries, the cost is automatically calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
Foorter points out the responsibility of payment by the buyer, belonging to countries not included in the EU, and therefore subject to possible customs charges, both in shipments and returns.

RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order to return any item. After this period, the order will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
To do so, we provide below an access to the returns form, which you will have to fill in in order to be processed.
We offer you the possibility that our transport agency, in case of return, picks up the return at your home. To do this, you must indicate it in the returns form. If you prefer, you can process the return with the logistics operator of your choice.
Return costs are always borne by the customer. Once we have studied your case, we will proceed to the payment of the same if it is included among the justified cases.
